Dr. Megan Steiner
Dr. Megan Steiner is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles through personalized, comprehensive care. As Lake Country’s most sought-after cosmetic and reconstructive dentist, she specializes in smile makeovers, dental implants, same-day crowns, and full-arch rehabilitation, combining advanced technology with an artistic eye to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results.
A graduate of Boston College and Marquette University School of Dentistry (Cum Laude, 2011), Dr. Steiner is committed to lifelong learning and regularly pursues advanced training through leading study clubs and continuing education programs. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and offers facial injections, dermal fillers, and other facial esthetic treatments to complement patients’ smiles. Considered one of Lake Country’s most sought-after cosmetic and reconstructive dentists, she has been featured in MKE Lifestyle Magazine, Aesthetic Magazine, and has won Best of Milwaukee General and Cosmetic Dentist in the Shepherd Express for 2024 and 2025.
Outside the office, Dr. Steiner enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam, and their three boys. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines at sporting events, singing at church, or training for local road races, she brings the same energy and enthusiasm to life that she does to caring for her patients.
Dr. Kelly Groskopf
Dr. Kelly Groskopf has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles for over 10 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before receiving her doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. Inspired by her mother and sister, who both built careers as dental hygienists, Dr. Groskopf discovered early that dentistry was the perfect blend of science, artistry, and meaningful relationships.
While Dr. Groskopf enjoys every aspect of general dentistry, she has developed a particular passion for Invisalign treatment and comprehensive smile transformation. She serves as the Orthodontic Development Director for Keystone Dental Partners and is an educator for Align Technology, where she helps train other dentists in clear aligner therapy. In 2023, she was honored with the Golden Aligner Award for Best Treatment in North America by the American Academy of Clear Aligners, recognizing her expertise in treating complex Invisalign cases. Properly aligned teeth do far more than create a beautiful smile-they protect teeth from excessive wear, improve function, and contribute to lifelong oral health.
What Dr. Groskopf loves most about dentistry is getting to know her patients. She believes every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment decisions. Whether she’s helping a child through their first dental visit, restoring a damaged tooth, or creating a life-changing Invisalign smile, her goal is always to provide exceptional care with kindness, honesty, and a little fun along the way.
Outside the office, Dr. Groskopf enjoys spending time with her husband, David, their two children, Oskar and Vada, and their two energetic dogs, Lucy and Wanda. Whether they’re boating, skiing, cheering on Wisconsin sports, or simply enjoying time together outdoors, family is at the center of everything she does. She loves calling Lake Country home and looks forward to welcoming new patients into the Delafield Dental family.
Dr. Neela Lalani
Dr. Neela Lalani began her educational career at Emory University in Atlanta, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree. After discovering her true passion for the science and art of dentistry, Dr. Lalani went on to achieve her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (Go Cards!). Upon graduating, Dr. Lalani attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the Milwaukee Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center, where she compassionately cared for those who have served our nation. During her residency, she realized her strong interest in prosthodontics, the practice of making prosthetics, such as partial dentures, full dentures, bridges, and crowns. Dr. Lalani enjoys granting her patients the ability to eat and the confidence to smile again and has had great success in treating even the most difficult cases. In addition to hard work and passion, she attributes her professional success to her lifelong advocate and one of the most resilient men she knows – her father.
When Dr. Lalani is not treating patients or studying cases and literature, she enjoys traveling, cheering for the Milwaukee Bucks and Louisville Cardinals, and spending time with her husband, Imran. She is a fun aunt to three nieces, a nephew, and a loving dog-mom to her puppy, Hotchner.

Dr. Cassie Stamas
Dr. Cassie Stamas’s DDS interest in healthcare started at a young age, but her excitement for dentistry was fostered after shadowing her hometown dentist. Connecting with patients, providing a service, and navigating an ever changing career field ignited a passion for Dr. Cassie.
After graduating from UW Oshkosh with a degree in biology, Dr. Cassie received her doctorate in dentistry from Marquette University, graduating with summa cum laude honors. Since joining the field, her favorite aspects of dentistry are helping patients get out of pain and being confident in their smiles. She enjoys collaborating with each patient to develop a treatment plan that fits his or her individual needs and desired goals. Dr. Cassie understands that the dental chair isn’t everyone’s favorite place to be, and she strives to make patients feel comfortable at each and every visit.
Dr. Cassie believes in lifelong learning and devotes much of her time outside of the office to continuing education. From working with kids to placing dental implants and root canal procedures, Dr. Cassie takes pride in her ability to offer a large array of services to her patients. She believes that the only way to provide patients with the best care dentistry can offer is to continue expanding upon knowledge.
Dr. Cassie enjoys exploring and participating in all outdoor activities, particularly kayaking, hiking, and snowboarding.

Dr. Tristan Rostagno
Dr. Tristan Rostagno is a valued member of the Delafield Dental team and a proud graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry.
What he loves most about dentistry is the transformative power a smile can have on someone’s life. He’s passionate about combining compassionate care with a focus on optimal health outcomes—delivering personalized, comprehensive treatment for every patient he meets. He is an active member of study clubs at Keystone Dental Partners and prioritizes continuing education.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Rostagno enjoys spending quality time with his family. When he’s not with family, you’ll often find him outdoors, trying new recipes, or relaxing with a good movie.

Dr. Bhavik Desai
Dr. Bhavik Desai is a specialist in oral medicine – his practice comprises management of patients with orofacial pain, oral mucosal lesions, and dental management of sleep apnea, in addition to consultation services for dentists treating medically complex patients.
Dr. Desai attended the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore, Maryland, where he received his PhD. He attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he received his DMD.
Dr. Desai continued at the Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a two-year residency in oral medicine and went on to teach and practice at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. He became an assistant professor and postgraduate program director at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he taught and practiced oral medicine and orofacial pain and provided consultations for medically complex dentistry. Subsequently, Dr. Desai became the Associate Professor and Section Director of Oral Medicine at the Dental College of Georgia, where he again taught and practiced oral medicine, orofacial pain, and sleep apnea. He has published and presented on numerous topics within oral medicine and orofacial pain.
Dr. Desai has been in private practice in oral medicine in the Milwaukee area since 2019 and has most recently begun practicing in Northern Illinois. Dr. Desai is passionate about advancing the field of oral medicine and bringing awareness to conditions that lie at the intersection of dentistry and medicine.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Desai enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, culture, and cuisine. He likes staying engaged with professional education and advocacy.
