Getting Started
This plan is effective immediately upon purchase. Payment must be made by credit or debit card on a monthly basis; we accept all major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. To sign up, we will need the following:
- Email address (to send receipts)
- Credit or debit card
- Your full name, address, phone number, & date of birth
Begin saving today by calling and scheduling your appointment (be sure to mention that you’re a member)! On your appointment date, we will check to ensure your payment is current before proceeding with your cleaning, exam, preventative treatment, or another service!
